FIRST MODEL OF THE NEW BUILDS FINISHED.
The first model of the new builds is finished. The models are made by a sub-contractor of the PT Bintang Timur Samudera shipyard, where the vessels are under construction. Pictures can be seen in the Gallery.
OFFICE IN GRIMSBY
We now have office in Grimsby. We are sharing facilities with BostonRix at the Fishmarked in Grimsby, they have been kind enough to let us use their facilities. The office is only manned by MH-O&Co staff when we are in Grimsby.
Our vessels - built at PT Bintang Timur Samudera shipyard in Indonesia still keep the schedule.

Construction of our 2 x 39m “Fast Supply Catamarans” FSC’s is going as planned. Delivery is expected in August 2018.
We are happy to welcome 2 new employees to MH-O&Co.
Dan Knudsen is the company’s 1st Captain to be hired.
Dan Knudsen will be working as COO and Captain, dealing with the new-builds, various costumer contacts and Operative tasks. Dan comes from a job in the CTV industry and has been working in the industry for the last 5 years.
Lars Termansen is employed at Administrator and will be working with Mik Henriksen at the office taking care of administrative tasks. Lars is coming from a job as purchase manager in the steel industry where he has been working for the last 10+ years.
Construction has started at BTS shipyard of the 2 x 39m “Fast Supply Catamarans” FSC’s. Delivery is expected in August 2018.
Contract has been signed between Ørsted and MHO&Co for 2 x CTV’s and 1 x FSC during construction of Hornsea I windfarm.

The design has been developed in cooperation between Ørsted, Incat Crowther and MHO.
The design focus has been on sea keeping and capability to stay off-shore for up to 14 days without support.
Presentation of the “Vivace” in Esbjerg. Restaurant “Sydvesten” provided refreshments, and about 75 people took the opportunity to inspect the boat.
A very positive reception indeed. We look forward to prove the boats deserve all the positive remarks.

The 2 vessels passed the first IMCA inspection.
MH-O&Co A/S will receive the first 2 CTV’s during the first week of May 2016.
A charter contract has been agreed with OPUS Marine in Hamburg for a long term charter of both of these vessels.
We are looking very much forward to this cooperation with OPUS Marine.
