Our new boats will be delivered in NOVEMBER/DECEMBER 2018.

Master 3000

As the Master of a MH-O & CO A/S vessel you will be responsible for the professional delivery of a safe, effective and high-quality service to our customers. Working within the framework of our Integrated Management System (IMS), with the support of the Fleet Operations Team, you will be the manager of all activity onboard.
For this role we require the following Certificates as a minimum:
STCW II/2 Master <3000gt Please note Master 3000 (yachts) will not be accepted.

Master

Working whithin the framework of our Integrated Management System (IMS), with the support of the shore-side team in head office, you will be manager of all activity onboard.
For this role we require the following Certificate of Competence as a minimum:
STCW 11/2 Master 200
Generic ECDIS
Along with:
GWO Working at heights – Desirable
Proficiency in Medical care – Desirable
Workboat Stability – Desirable

Mate

The Mate of a MH-O & CO A/S vessel assists the Master in the day to day running of vessel ensuring that all shipboard operations are conducted within the company Integrated Management System (IMS).
For this role we require one of the following Certificates of Competence:
STCW 11/2 Master 200
STCW 11/1 OOW Unlimited
Along with
Approved Engine Course (AEC) – Essential
Generic ECDIS – Essential
Slinger & Banksman – Essential
GWO Working at Height – Desirable

Deckhand

The Deckhand of a MH-O & CO A/S vessel assists the Master in the day-to-day running of the vessel ensuring that all shipboard operations are conducted within the company Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
For this role we require the following certification:
STCW Elementary First Help
STCW Sea Survival
STCW Fire Fighting
STCW PSSR
Approved Engine Course (AEC)
Slinger & Banksman
Along with:
GWO Working at Height – Desirable
Efficient Deckhand (EDH) – Desirable
